📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

  • United States: typically 7–14 business days

  • International: 14–31 business days (depending on your location and customs clearance)

Do you offer tracking for orders?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, your tracking information will be uploaded and sent to you via email. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time.

Where do you ship from?
We work with multiple global fulfillment partners to ensure the best delivery but also depends on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and availability may vary based on your country.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How do I start a return?
To begin a return, please contact us at support@trysimplefitness.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, certain personal fitness items may be non-returnable once opened. Please check the product page or email us for clarification before purchasing.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, if your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we’re happy to exchange it. Please contact us with a photo and your order number within 12 hours of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, so if you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?
