Thank you for visiting and shopping at Try Simple Fitness. The following are the terms and conditions that formulate our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delated by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for deliver, in rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. In most cases shipping is free and will be reflected on your order.

Here are the estimated delivery dates after completing your purchase.

  • US approximately 7-14 Business days
  • International 14-31 Business days

We will make every attempt to expedite shipping as much as possible.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to things like but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of our control.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every set of the way. You may also track the status of your shipment here.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Try Simple Fitness is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order, All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.

Damages

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at email right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of you receiving your order.
